Description: The Savannah Bicycle Campaign, in cooperation with the City of Savannah, will observe National Bike to Work Day a bicycle commuting event on May 15. At 8 a.m., a bicycle commuting convoy will depart from the Habersham Village Shopping Center, bound for Davant Park. For APCC residents, who have considered riding to work downtown, this is a great day to \”test drive\” bicycle commuting. Additonal bicycle convoys will depart from Baldwin Park and Gorndonston. In Davant Park (at the corner of Abercorn Street and East Perry Lane) bicycle commuters will enjoy free coffee and refreshments from bicycle-friendly coffee purveyors, Jittery Joe\’s.
